Acerola, a wild plant grown in tropical and subtropical climates, is an excellent source of powerful antioxidants. It’s rich in protein and mineral salts including iron and phosphorus calcium, and has shown remarkable anti-fungal activity. The free radical scavenging benefits of acerola are also useful for preventing abnormal growths and fighting cellular aging.
